The project began with a full internal strip-out, removing all existing partitions, fixtures and clinical finishes to take the unit back to shell. From there, we carried out an extensive interior fit-out, redesigning the layout to support a high-footfall hospitality setting. This included new services, lighting, flooring, bespoke joinery and a full decorative overhaul.
The transformation focused on shifting the atmosphere from clinical and closed to warm, characterful and inviting - creating a space that encourages people to gather, linger and return. The end result is a bustling café environment that feels completely unrecognisable from its former use.
