SQ1 Projects delivered the full design, construction, and fit-out of a bespoke sales kiosk alongside a complete internal fit-out at the Alec Stewart Gate. Works included Light Gauge Steel Framework, new foundations, external cladding, flat roofing, bespoke laminated joinery, LED lighting, illuminated signage, precision glass installations, sliding doors, integrated air conditioning, and premium Minoli flooring throughout.

Working closely with Kia’s design team and Martin at THMP, we translated brand requirements into practical build solutions, carefully coordinating M&E services and maintaining a rigorous standard of craftsmanship. Both projects were completed seamlessly, on time and within budget, resulting in cohesive, high-quality spaces that reflect Kia’s brand identity and elevate the visitor experience.
